Welcome to another episode of the Self-Publishing Roundtable. Tonight, we’ll be speaking to PARSEC award-winning author and podcaster Nathan Lowell. Nathan has written ten novels which have sold over 100,000 copies.
He has made several of his novels available in the form of podcasts which have been downloaded over 7.5 million times. He has won the PARSEC award for excellence in podcasting speculative fiction twice and has had numerous titles shortlisted for the award.
Tonight, he will be talking to us about how he identified an underserved population in his favorite genres and wrote stories for that group. We will be talking about how he was able to attract the attention of readers, what he did to stand out from the rest and how other authors can do the same.
We will be referencing two articles during the podcast:
1,000 True Fans and The Million Follower Fallacy.
It’s going to be a great show.
